Know how many times to train per week

It is possible to work out a muscle too much. In the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s body builders worked each muscle group way more than once per day. In order to reach the size of muscles in which they did, they came forward saying that they used extra supplements to achieve these looks. Unfortunately, the muscles don’t last and the looks fall along with them in the long term. In the book “From Skinny to Muscular!” by Jonathan Perez, he details how people can achieve optimal muscle buildup and also describes how the muscles are built.

Muscles excrete lactic acid when they are worked out too hard because oxygen does not get to the muscles. When extreme cardio is experienced, this event occurs. It is important to make sure that this happens so that the muscle can build up and make room for the oxygen to flow correctly. Lactic acid makes the muscle feel sore temporarily, but long term the muscle is sore from its strength and getting bigger. This book will help you answer this and gain much more knowledge about how to train your body the correct way and how many times to train per week, which only you will realize.
